In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our international clients. Based in Cikarang, West Java, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global market presence within the glass industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets in international markets
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging industry expertise and network
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Negotiate and secure contracts with international clients, optimising terms and conditions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and finance teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the management team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in export sales or business development within the glass industry or related industry
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, logistics, and customs procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Mandarin (min. HSK 4) & English is a must
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Willingness to travel internationally to support client relationships and secure new business
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)
