Job summary

A manufacturing and export-oriented company is seeking an Export & Logistics Officer to manage export shipment processes and oversee logistics operations. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in export or logistics roles. Strong understanding of export procedures, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential. Relevant experience in wood or furniture industries and proficiency in English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in export, logistics, or shipping.
• Knowledge and experience in SVLK and FSC CoC certification.
• Familiar with warehouse management and logistics administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage export shipment processes including vessel booking and coordination.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as Invoices and Certificates.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure compliance with certification requirements.
