Job summary

A manufacturing and export-oriented company is seeking an Export & Logistics Officer to manage export shipment processes and oversee logistics operations. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of experience in export or logistics roles. Strong understanding of export procedures, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential. Relevant experience in wood or furniture industries and proficiency in English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in export, logistics, or shipping.
• Knowledge and experience in SVLK and FSC CoC certification.
• Familiar with warehouse management and logistics administration.

Job description

We are a manufacturing and export-oriented company currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as an Export & Logistics Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage export shipment processes including vessel booking, stuffing, Bill of Lading, and coordination with freight forwarders
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, PEB, Certificate of Origin, and other related documents
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory movement
• Ensure compliance with SVLK and FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) certification requirements
• Coordinate with Customs, port authorities, and other related parties
• Monitor shipment schedules and prepare export reports regularly

Qualifications:

• Minimum education Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, International Trade, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export, logistics, or shipping
• Strong understanding of export procedures and shipping operations
• Knowledge and experience in SVLK and FSC CoC certification
• Familiar with warehouse management and logistics administration
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in wood, furniture, or export manufacturing industries
• Familiar with freight forwarders and customs clearance processes
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
