Job Description
  • Develop and execute the company's expansion strategy, focusing on new hotel locations across priority markets
  • Conduct market research, site analysis, and feasibility assessments to evaluate potential hotel locations
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential land or building opportunities suitable for hotel development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with land/building owners, government bodies, real estate consultants, and other external partners
  • Work with internal teams (finance, development, legal, design) to evaluate project viability
  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and proposal documents for senior management approval
  • Lead the end-to-end deal process including LOI, commercial terms, due diligence, and contract execution
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor expansion activities, and emerging opportunities
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in business development, hotel development, real estate acquisition, or property investment
  • Strong network within the property and hospitality sector
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in securing land/building deals or hotel development projects
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in feasibility/ROI analysis
