About the job EXIM (Export-Import) Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all export and import documentation and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate and process required regulatory permits and licenses.
• Manage daily entries in systems related to Exim processes.
• Monitor shipment schedules, assist in resolving shipment delays, customs issues, or clearance errors.
• Maintain organized records for customs audit, reporting purposes, or regulatory inspections.
• Monitor bonded zone operations and ensure correct warehouse allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations in amanufacturingenvironment.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance systems and regulations, import export andfreight procedures, and customs document flows.
• Able to speak English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, strong integrity, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in Karawang, full-time.
