A leading creative agency in Indonesia is looking for a Creative Manager with 4-7 years of experience in brand activation and experiential marketing. The role involves developing creative concepts and ensuring successful project execution for exhibitions. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and be fluent in English. This position offers a chance to work on diverse projects and deliver innovative experiences in the MICE industry.
Translate client brief into theme, storyline, and message architecture.
Develop creative big idea aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
Define booth storytelling points, feature highlights, and engagement ideas.
Create zoning plan and circulation strategy based on booth size, traffic flow, and functional requirement.
Identify hero areas, demo zones, hospitality zones, meeting rooms, storage areas, and digital activation position.
Determine materials and finishing that suit the client’s brand + timeline + budget.
Understand venue regulations (e.g., height restrictions, fire regulations, loading timeline).
Ensure the creative idea can be built onsite realistically.
Communicate technical logic (structure/material/MEP concerns) to designers and production team.
Suggest ready-to-find materials and fabrication methods to minimize risk and excessive cost.
Review 3D layout and detailing to ensure compliance with realistic execution.
Build concept documents, mood boards, zoning maps, creative narrative, and feature rationales.
Present proposal in pitches with strong storytelling and clarity.
Revise and refine concept based on client feedback — while maintaining brand message and design integrity.
