A leading technical services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an Executive for AHU Technical, Facility & General Support Management. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in General Support. Responsibilities include managing AHU work control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining operational facilities. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree Electrical, Machine Engineering
Minimum 5 years work experience in General Affairs/General Support
Having a deep understanding on AHU Management and Service
Having a deep understanding about regulation and permit related to building management (including IPAL/ Wastewater management/ TPS B3, Lift, UKL UPL), office facilities, asset management, vendor management, and having general K3 certificate are preferred.
Have understanding on AHU Management
Experience in the healthcare or laboratory industry is preferred.
Experience on Building Facility Management
Able to work independently without close supervision.
Have a positive attitude, high initiative, well organized documentation, and work well in a team.
Thorough, critical, good analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Have good verbal and written communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
