Overview

Our client is a 5* International Chain Hotel with 100+ Rooms and multiple F&B Outlets. This role will be reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

Profile

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in 5 star international chain hotels
• Leisure hotel experience
• Able to make decisions and solve problems when under pressure
• Able to demonstrate skills in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong in organizing, planning and supervising cleaning & maintenance work
• Computer literate and familiar with hotel systems
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Good in English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership (leads by example)
• Tactical skills and result oriented
• Energetic, hands-on, flexible, motivated
• Able to work independently
• Outgoing, pleasant personality
• Guest focused and engaging
• Positive attitude
