Job Description
  • Execute creative concepts for event activations, including interactive installations, on-site activities, and live performances.
  • Ensure projects stay within scope and schedule.
  • Monitor and report on project status, including scope, schedule, budget, and alignment to program and strategic goals.
  • Ensure all activations align with the overall brand strategy and goals.
  • Report to the main PIC on each event to collaborate with internal team, vendor, and partners, especially big events.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing communication and sales, to ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event marketing, event coordination, or brand activation (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome)
  • Experience in planning, executing, and evaluating offline and/or online events
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams, vendors, and partners
