Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Indonesia is seeking an Enterprise & Operational Risk Specialist to support the development and implementation of their risk management framework. You will monitor compliance with regulatory standards while identifying control gaps and areas for process improvement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-3 years of experience in Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk Management, preferably in the finance sector. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Operational Risk, ERM, or related roles.
• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management in Multifinance or Banking preferred.
• Familiarity with OJK/BI regulations is a plus.
• Understanding of risk management principles and governance standards required.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Monitor KRIs, operational losses, and fraud incidents.
• Assist in implementing regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Identify control gaps in operational processes.
