Qualifications

• Certifications such as CCNA or HCIA (Routing & Switching) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer network requirements and project scope.
• Implement network solutions based on approved Scope of Work.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues on customer sites.
• Create project and maintenance documentation.
