A leading beverage manufacturer in Indonesia seeks a skilled technician to perform mechanical maintenance and optimization on various systems in their facilities. The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 6-8 years of experience in maintenance, especially in a factory setting. Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills are required. This role offers opportunities to contribute to safety and quality standards in a dynamic work environment.
Carry out mechanical maintenance activities in the Warehouse, Liquid Manufacturing, Liquid Filling, Dry Part Filling, CIP Kitchen, and Laboratory areas, as well as maintenance efforts for public facilities inside and outside the building.
Renew the Operational Permit (SIO) and attend training from accredited institutions as a requirement to work in the areas mentioned above, in accordance with Indonesian regulations, including but not limited to Crane SIO and Forklift SIO.
Receive handover from the Project Engineer after the completion of projects in the areas mentioned above.
Attend operational and maintenance training after projects in the areas mentioned above have been completed.
Provide suggestions/input for updates to the existing maintenance program if required, as an impact of completed projects in the areas mentioned above.
Perform troubleshooting or problem-solving related to mechanical aspects of machine and system performance in the areas mentioned above.
Carrying out other duties/instructions not inherent to the utility and building technician position but applicable to all PT Coca-Cola Indonesia employees, such as participating in BBS (Behaviour-Based Safety), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), supporting audit preparation, supporting company-led modernization efforts, etc.
Acting as backup personnel when there are no other roles/functions available within the Engineering department, in accordance with instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering Manager.
