PT Kobe Boga Utama (Plant Bojonegoro) is currently hiring for 2 Engineering Supervisor positions:

Electrical Project Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor

Please find the descriptions for both roles below:

Electrical Project Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of electrical installation works according to drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.

Review and verify electrical materials prior to installation.

Ensure all activities comply with safety standards (HSE) and monitor the implementation of Permit to Work.

Coordinate, assign, and monitor the performance of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.

Prepare material requests, ensure availability, and control usage at the project site.

Oversee commissioning activities for electrical equipment (motors, panels, lighting systems, and power distribution).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 1 year experience in electrical installation or project supervision.

Proficient in LV/MV electrical systems, distribution panels, MCC, transformers, UPS, and generators.

Skilled in insulation resistance testing, LV/MV panel testing, and motor rotation testing.

Able to prepare and manage daily/weekly work schedules.

Strong understanding of Electrical Safety (K3 Listrik/HSE).

Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, and corrective) to ensure machine and utility reliability.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.

Develop, review, and execute maintenance schedules and work orders.

Ensure spare parts availability by coordinating with the warehouse and procurement teams.

Monitor maintenance KPIs: machine downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and work completion rate.

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety policies and operational standards.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics preferred).

Minimum 1–2 years experience in maintenance supervision in manufacturing.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and industrial utilities (compressor, chiller, boiler, HVAC).

Able to analyze breakdown trends and propose improvement actions.

Experienced in using CMMS or maintenance management systems (plus point).

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD reading ability is an advantage.
