Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of electrical technicians to ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and unscheduled maintenance of mall facilities.
• Inspect and validate work results for operational reliability and safety standards.
• Report damages and progress updates to the Engineering Manager.
• Provide guidance and training for technicians.

As an Engineering Electrical Supervisor at Palembang Indah Mall, you will be responsible for supervising electrical technicians, ensuring all works meet SOPs, safety standards, and SLA targets, while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in building/facility maintenance or electrical supervision.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, preventive & corrective maintenance, and safety regulations.

• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage technician teams and work with other mall divisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work under pressure with high discipline.

Responsibilities
