Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Indonesia seeks an Onsite Engineer to perform preventive maintenance, monitor network systems, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a minimum education of SMK IT/TKJ, Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology. Immediate availability starting January 1 is required, along with a willingness to learn and commitment to work.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor network infrastructure systems.
• Carry out corrective actions according to directions from the Technical Leader & Service Manager.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities/work to the Service Manager.
• Coordinate with the Customer PIC regarding planned activities.

Job description

Perform regular preventive maintenance visits

Monitor network infrastructure systems

Carry out corrective actions according to directions from the Technical Leader & Service Manager

Work full-time 8 x 5 (and overtime when required)

Maintain SLA performance in accordance with the support commitments outlined in the contract

Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities/work to the Service Manager

Prepare work reports for each Corrective Maintenance visit approved by the Customer PIC

Coordinate with the Customer PIC regarding planned activities or other information from head office

Assist with tasks assigned by the head office (e.g., spare part delivery, handling report documents, etc.)
