Responsibilities
- Lead sales and build sustainable business growth for Indonesian customer accounts for China Project Investment in Industry and Infrastructure segments.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers within nominated strategic accounts.
- Build a strong working relationship with the Product Application Engineer, System Architecture Engineers, and the National Sales Team for the nominated accounts.
- Build strong relationships within all relevant countries within the Zone, and lead an End User / Channel Sales network to best address customer needs.
- Localize the global strategic account plan/strategy and implement it within the Zone.
- Identify business drivers within the accounts and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities.
- Become the opportunity leader for major projects, leading virtual teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Consult with customers and shape opportunities to optimize value.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize business opportunities.
- Map key decision-makers at customers or prescribers.
- Follow Customer Project Process (CPP) and adhere to best sales practices, including BFO usage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Industry and Infrastructure segments, specifically in China project investment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Experience in multi-level consultative selling, closing complex deals by building customer trust through understanding their business and providing tailored solutions.
- International experience and exposure are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
- Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
- Understanding of account management, sales channels, and third-party relationships.
- Experience in identifying customer pain points and proposing high-value solutions.
