A leading brand marketing company in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Marketplace Specialist to manage and enhance brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, at least 5 years of experience in brand strategy, and proficiency in data analysis tools. You will plan promotional campaigns, collaborate with teams for high-quality marketing materials, and drive sales growth through strategic initiatives. Fluency in English and knowledge of e-commerce platforms like TikTok Shop and Lazada are essential.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, Economics, or related field with min. GPA of 3.00.
Minimum of 5 years of expertise in handling brand campaign, including marketing, ads, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, trend industry and best practice usage in Tiktok Shop; Shopee, Lazada, etc.
Experience from beauty / perfume brand is preferred.
Experience from startup business (from scratch to hero) is preferred.
Strong understanding of the tools & feature of each platform e-commerce.
Proficiency in data analysis tools & platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
GMV exceeding min. 8 billion / month each platform
Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Detail oriented and willing to learn.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand exposure and increase sales
Responsible for increasing the awareness of brand campaigns, including defining the positioning of the campaigns and developing marketing strategies both inside and outside the platform to enhance awareness of brand campaigns and attract organic traffic.
Design and execute awareness and communication plans for brands, effectively integrating internal and external resources to expand shop tab influence and exposure through content creation, influencer collaborations, advertising, etc.
Control the entire process of user insights, brand campaign positioning, etc., and conduct digital analysis of marketing effectiveness for meticulous management.
Possess strong creative ability, collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality promotional materials for brand campaigns and generate viral marketing effects.
