The Role

The Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management tools
  • Handle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessary
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct accurate and timely monthly stock reconciliation for assigned brands, ensuring alignment on inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting smooth end-of-month reporting and settlement processes.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveries
  • Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
  • Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency
  • Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests
  • Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers
  • Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities
  • Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements
  • Support development of sales proposals or tender documents
Who We Look For - The Ideal Profile
  • With at least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
  • Knowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics
  • Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
  • Strong time management skills
