Division New Retail Manager

• 1. Regional Store Operation Management: Responsible for the operation management of stores (direct stores, authorized stores) in the assigned area, formulating sales plans, promoting sales target achievement, and increasing market share in the area.
• 2. Regional Store Operations Management: Responsible for the implementation and inspection of daily operation management standards for stores in the area, following up on market activities, and enhancing brand image.
• 3. Regional Business Communication: Maintain close communication with the national new retail platform, collaboratively promote regional business development, and establish good cooperative relationships with partners in the area (authorized store collaborators, suppliers, etc.).
• 4. Regional Store Planning and Expansion: Responsible for the planning and establishment of the store system in the assigned area, collaborating with store expansion to achieve regional store establishment goals.

Job Requirements:

• 1. Over 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with more than 3 years of regional management experience; experience in the consumer electronics industry is preferred.
• 2. Familiar with international market retail operation models and have successful cases of regional business expansion and management.
