Qualifications

We are opening opportunities for experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as Personal AssistantDivision which will be placed in one of the largest FMCG cosmetics company in South Jakarta

Qualifications :

  • Good attitude, continuously seeking improvements
  • Have a strong drive for self-learning and ability for team work
  • Bachelors degree & minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience as Assistant Division Corporate, Assistant Administration
  • Computer literate (good in Ms Excel)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in English (Preferably have a TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC certificate)

Jobdesk :

  • Managing supplies, equipment, and office budget and maintaining data on finances & related to projects.
  • Draws up PO, GR, Invoices submission. Including budget monitoring and expenditure along with Local Internal Controller.
  • Making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  • Maintaining calendar: Coordinating & scheduling calendar for management.
  • Emerging markets in collaboration with India Hub and Assist India project leader for Screener/Attributes/ Concept Indonesia Translation.
