We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Engineer to lead industrial and mining sales operations in Balikpapan, Indonesia. The role is responsible for driving B2B sales growth, managing partner and customer relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will represent the organization in the mining sector, ensuring business development, customer satisfaction, and compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Growth: Drive new opportunities, achieve KPIs, and ensure timely execution of sales deliverables.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage partner relationships, assess team performance, and provide training to enhance sales knowledge.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, codes of conduct, ISO, and HSE standards.
  • Customer Engagement: Represent the company at business meetings, trade shows, and conferences in the mining sector.
  • Strategy & Development: Create and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals, driving revenue growth.
  • Partner Network: Identify, develop, and evaluate business partner relationships, ensuring achievement of annual targets.
  • Expense Management: Manage OPEX budgets effectively to align with business needs.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and support audits with data-driven insights.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales processes and customer support.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
  • At least 4 years of Sales Account Management experience in mining or industrial heavy truck engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
