The Direct to Customer (DTC) Manager oversees MODENA’s direct sales ecosystem Offline through Premium Showroom channels and the company’s official website. This role drives revenue growth, enhances customer acquisition and retention, and elevates end-to-end customer experience. The position ensures strong channel performance, utilizes customer insights, and strengthens brand engagement to support long-term business growth.

Job Description

Develop and execute DTC sales strategies for MODENA’s Offline Premium Showrooms and official website to increase conversion and revenue.

Lead customer acquisition initiatives and implement retention programs to boost loyalty and long-term engagement.

Optimize showroom operations and website performance through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain a consistent, premium customer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints to elevate satisfaction and NPS.

Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to refine DTC strategy and respond to emerging customer trends.

Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, and Product Marketing to align on campaigns, pricing, and customer programs.

Monitor channel profitability, oversee budget planning, and review cost efficiency for showroom and website channels.

Recommend strategic actions related to promotions, showroom initiatives, product bundling, and customer engagement programs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in direct sales, retail operations, channel development, or business development.

Strong ability in sales analysis, market insights, and customer behavior interpretation.

Proven experience managing customer interactions and enhancing end-to-end customer journeys.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

In-depth understanding of retail showroom operations and direct-to-customer sales models.

Communication skill certifications and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
