About Our Client

Our client is a US-based consulting services focused in digital transformation within the mining sector.

Job Description

The Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for:

• Define and maintain a Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with the company's vision.
• Ensure all digital solutions deliver domain-level value while integrating at the enterprise level.
• Collaborate with the Chief Product to ensure digital products are developed with measurable impact and scalability.

• Lead organizational change management (OCM) initiatives to drive adoption of AI, data-driven decision-making, and digital tools.
• Ensure employees at all levels understand the transformation vision and their role in it.
• Oversee the development of a structured digital upskilling program for company employees.

• Design and lead workshops to educate leadership on AI and digital transformation.
• Identify and coordinate facilitation partners to develop workshop content and lead sessions.

• Ensure that AI-driven transformation aligns with business strategy and upholds ethical standards.

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective planning, budgeting, reporting, and issue tracking.

• Identify and prioritize transformation initiatives based on value potential and strategic relevance.

• Implement agile governance practices to continuously refine transformation roadmaps.
• Ensure the company remains ahead of industry trends through the integration of emerging technologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate will have:

• Significant experience in digital transformation, program management, or technology strategy.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, i.e. background in consulting or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong grasp of AI, digital platforms, and enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in change management, executive engagement, and workforce transformation.
• Familiarity with data governance, AI strategy, and enterprise data architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in AI-driven transformation and data governance is a plus point.
