As a Digital Marketing Department Head, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital presence—leading content execution across platforms while ensuring every post aligns with our brand and business goals.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage and grow multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more)
  • Lead and coordinate a creative team (editors, designers, content creators)
  • Plan, assign, review, and optimize content to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaigns and initiatives
  • Develop content calendars and execute campaign-based social media strategies
  • Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, conversions) and turn insights into action
  • Ensure visual consistency and strong brand identity across all digital content
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
  • Experience leading or coordinating a creative or social media team
  • Strong hands-on skills in video editing and graphic design for social media content
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Ability to plan and execute social media strategies, content calendars, and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and data-driven optimization
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proactive, organized, and up-to-date with social media trends
