Responsibilities

• Check and report on sample parts according to specifications.
• Create packing methods for SKD and CKD products.
• Ensure part list meets specifications for BOM creation.
• Prepare for trial production (TP).
• Approve sample parts and ensure specifications are met.
• Create PS and PSS for local and import parts.
• Conduct trial production, process production, and maintenance.
• Record and report on TP, PP, and MP for supplier improvements.
• Analyze and resolve product issues during MP.

Overview

Deskripsi pekerjaan ini mencakup pengecekan & pelaporan pengecekan terhadap sample parts yang diterima dari part lokal maupun import sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Selain itu, kandidat akan membuat packing method produk SKD dan CKD serta memastikan part list sesuai spesifikasi untuk pembuatan BOM. Kandidat juga menyiapkan kelengkapan untuk trial production (TP), mengapprove sample part lokal, part import, maupun part injection, serta membuat PS untuk part lokal, part import, maupun part injection dan PSS untuk tiap model produk.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pengecekan & report pengecekan terhadap sample parts sesuai spesifikasi.
• Membuat packing method produk SKD dan CKD.
• Memastikan part list sesuai spesifikasi dan dilanjutkan untuk pembuatan BOM.
• Menyiapkan kelengkapan untuk trial production (TP).
• Membuat approval sample part lokal, part import maupun part injection dan memastikan approval sample sesuai spesifikasi.
• Membuat PS untuk part lokal, part import, maupun part injection.
• Membuat PSS untuk tiap model produk.
• Melakukan TP, PP, & MP.
• Melakukan record dan report terkait TP, PP, dan MP sebagai informasi ke supplier untuk perbaikan.
• Melakukan analisa dan perbaikan jika di awal MP terjadi masalah dengan produk.

Qualifications

• Min. pengalaman kerja 1 tahun di bidang yang sama.
• Mampu berbahasa Inggris.
• Diutamakan pengalaman di bidang home appliances.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan leadership yang baik.
• Mampu bekerja sesuai dengan target.
• Berkenan bekerja di hari Sabtu (Half-Day Working).
• Berkenan ditempatkan di Tangerang, Tanah Tinggi.
