Job description

Mission / Key Responsibilities

• Drive the coordination, synthesis and scheduling of strategic projects and meetings related to Asia and Overseas Operations.
• Lead business development activities, strengthen external and internal relationships, and support PR initiatives.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on the progress of strategic projects and their linkage to overall business goals.
• Regularly monitor Business Reviews and KPIs across multiple Business Units to ensure transparency and performance alignment.
• Work closely with top management to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Chairman’s Management Office.
• Lead and manage critical cross-business and cross-function initiatives across global markets.
• Develop project timelines, evaluate strategic options, and communicate insights and recommendations to top management.
• Manage end-to-end strategic and operational projects—including but not limited to business strategy, operational optimization, change management, financial investment, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure strong process discipline and effective cross-functional collaboration to drive successful execution and results.
• Provide analytical, communication, and decision-support for senior management on key strategic and operational matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from a top-tier institution strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in process-driven industries with responsibilities in project management; overseas working exposure is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Experience in top-tier management consulting is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Flexible, agile, and capable of handling fast-changing or ad-hoc situations with professionalism.
