We are looking for a Department Head – Claim Health who can drive excellence, improve processes, and ensure high-quality service for our customers and partners.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MD or equivalent) with an active medical license (STR).
At least 7 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, medical claims, or related fields (including brokers or TPAs).
Strong clinical understanding and the ability to evaluate medical claims with accuracy and professionalism.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and validate claim information.
Confident communicator who can collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and external partners.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, legal standards, ISO, data privacy (PDP), and confidentiality requirements.
Strategic mindset with solid planning, coordination, and operational management capabilities.
Lead and inspire the Claim Health team to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee end-to-end health claim processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
Drive improvements in workflow, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare accurate claim reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional departments to enhance synergy and deliver integrated solutions.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, audit standards, and internal company policies.
Support talent growth through performance coaching, skill development, and regular evaluations.
Provide approval and authorization of claims based on company policies and authorization levels.
