Responsibilities
- Consolidate demand reports and provide demand/supply analyses.
- Oversee short- and medium-term positions for all product groups.
- Plan S&OP driven meetings and take timely decision actions.
- Adjust the S&OP plan at the time of capacity and/or quality issues.
- Translate sales orders, contracts, and forecasts into production plans and schedules to fulfil customer requirements.
- Coordinate and administrate production workflow for one or multiple products, ensuring sufficient raw materials, components, staff, and other necessary items are procured and ready to create finished products according to the specified schedule.
- Allocate available products for shipments to meet contractual obligations with customers.
- Monitor manufacturing performance (e.g., right first time, reject, etc.) and actively adjust production schedules in response to equipment failures or supply shortages.
- Liaise with the Quality Assurance department to ensure that customer requirements are met and products are released on time.
- Liaise with Quality Control, SAP reporting + Reprocessing Planning.
- Work with raw materials (e.g., beans) on quality & supply.
- Liaise with Shipping and Warehouse teams on daily shipment execution to unallocate and reallocate stocks when required.
- Liaise with the Commercial team on acceptance and delivery of wider-specs products.
- Liaise with Customs/Logistics on Track/Trace special production runs (from beans to FG).
- Execute work order creation and closing in SAP.
- Check and correct system transaction errors in SAP at month end close.
- Prepare reports outlining production activities and effectiveness.
- Direct work to be performed by the team & instruct on the method of approach.
- Supervise the execution of the work (qualitatively and quantitatively), monitor progress.
Qualifications
- Knowledge with SAP system is a must.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Effective and good communication skills (English B2).
- Excellent planning and organization skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
- Production planning working experience (5+ years) in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
