A leading FMCG firm based in Bandung is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Manager to optimize inventory and forecast demand across various markets. The role involves developing robust supply strategies, ensuring product availability, and leading a team of planners. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in supply chain management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in forecasting tools like Tableau and SQL. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product distribution and revenue targets.
Demand & Supply Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and aligning supply with demand to achieve revenue targets in General Trade (GT) and FMCG distribution. Positioned within the Market Expansion team, this role will act as the bridge between commercial, product, procurement, PPIC, and distribution functions. and this role responsible for building robust demand forecasting models, supply planning strategies, and replenishment frameworks that enable sustainable growth across regions, categories, and reseller channels.
The position requires strong analytical capability, FMCG/GT supply chain expertise, and the ability to integrate both data-driven forecasting and market intelligence (including regional nuances, sales-out trends, and distribution network expansion). This role ensures that product pipelines are managed effectively, principals are supported with clear demand signals, and stock levels are optimized to balance cost and service-level requirements.
