About the role

PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK' is seeking a full-time Data Leads Generator to join our team in Banten. In this vital role, you will be responsible for generating and managing high-quality leads to support our business development objectives.

What you'll be doing

Identify and research potential leads through a variety of sources, including online databases, industry publications, and networking events

Qualify leads by assessing their fit and interest in our products and services

Maintain and update the company's lead database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into new business opportunities

Analyse lead data and provide insights to help inform our marketing and sales strategies

Support other administrative and data processing tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or lead generation role, preferably in the administration and office support industry

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and qualify high-quality leads

Excellent data management and organisation skills, with proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and processing

Familiarity with the administration and office support industry, including relevant regulations and best practices
