  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
  • Document common candidate concerns and provide input for process improvements.
  • Collect and analyze candidate feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements or platform improvements.
  • Timely Response and Resolution by responding to candidate inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Candidate Success Rate by ensuring that 100% of candidates who receive support successfully onboard.
  • Documentation and Reporting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions.
