You'll be managing accounts for our Customer Success Team Indirect (CSTI); responsible for our existing partner's customer subscription renewals, retention & satisfaction. You'll be handling your own portfolio within the Indonesia region (ranging from a small independent store to a large scale manufacturing company etc.) using Odoo as a software solution for their business processes. The companies you'll be in touch with are resellers (Official Partners) of Odoo. Your job will be to analyse and detect existing pain points in the management software of your customers and provide or up-sell Odoo solutions to improve their efficiency and to ensure a smooth collaboration between all parties involved.
