Overview

Customer Service Hospitality - Malaysian Speaker role handling inquiries via calls, chats, emails, and social media. You will provide product and service information, identify and escalate priority issues, document interactions, and support customer surveys. This role may require shifting schedules including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls, chats, and responding to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries by email and social media.
  • Provide customers with information about products and services.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete all call logs.
  • Update customer profiles in the computer system.
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Senior High School and D3 in any major.
  • Experience: minimum 1 year (for Senior High School graduates).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (for minimum D3).
  • Able to speak in Malaysian (active).
  • Communicative.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules including weekends and public holidays.
  • Difable people are welcome (as long as they can see, communicate verbally, and type on a computer).
