CUSTOMER SERVICE & DOCUMENT (FORWARDING)

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner

Prepare and process all necessary documentation for the import and export of goods, including customs declarations, bills of lading, and other shipping documents

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods through customs and delivery

Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates to customers

Maintain accurate records and database entries related to customer accounts and shipments

Assist with the implementation of process improvements and the development of customer-centric initiatives

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or document processing role within the import/export or logistics industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and government agencies

Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

Proficiency in shipping websites

Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures, as well as import/export documentation requirements

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
