About the Role:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Support day and afternoon operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Manage team logistics and coordinate patient services.
  • Work independently while maintaining strong team communication.
  • 6 days per week (full-time), with one day off per week.
Requirements:
