You will represent a global technology leader that provides industrial machinery and complete plant solutions sourced from multiple countries, along with comprehensive services including engineering, automation, installation, commissioning, and ongoing support.
Job Description
- Generate and maintain revenue and profit in assigned markets.
- Develop and nurture customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ink, optics, chemicals segments and more.
- Promote the full portfolio of solutions, including machinery, plant design, and services.
- Plan and execute customer visits; prepare proposals and lead negotiations.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to internal teams.
- Ensure accurate CRM data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering and automation teams for plant projects and after-sales support.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales or related field.
- Strong network in paint, cosmetics, optics industries is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand technical concepts; machinery knowledge can be learned.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and process-oriented work style.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, economics, or related fields.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
