This role focuses on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and personalized campaigns and measured through CPI, CPA, Download Attribution, TRX Attribution, PDP/PLP traffic, Engagement (CTR), App Launch, Direct TRX, etc. The CLM Strategy Manager will lead initiatives that optimize the customer journey across all digital touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience that aligns with the company's objectives.
