Responsibilities
  • Perform daily reconciliation and reporting of customer data to relevant financial regulators.
  • Manage and maintain client Know Your Client (KYC) documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process new client onboarding and account opening requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and call center, covering topics related to the Tuntun app, stock investments, and capital markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or KYC‑related roles, preferably in banking, investment management, or securities firms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Good knowledge of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, macroeconomics, and capital markets.
  • Excellent data entry and record‑keeping skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Holding a WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) license is a MUST.
