CS & Sales Support Overseas (Freight Forwarding)
- Handle air and sea freight export customer service, including bookings, customs clearance, trucking and local operations.
- Coordinate with customers, overseas branches, carriers, and internal departments to develop shipment plans and ensure smooth operations.
- Make bookings and confirm cargo space with airlines, shipping lines, and co-loaders.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, enter data into the logistics system, issue invoices, and reconcile accounts with suppliers.
- Monitor shipment progress and provide regular updates to agents and the team.
- Prepare monthly Statements of Account (SOA) and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- Support the business and marketing departments, maintaining communication with shipping lines, customs brokers, and trucking vendors.
- Organize and safeguard all shipment-related documentation
