About the Role

As a Creative Marketing Staff, you will be an essential partner to the Marketing Manager, playing a vital role in our creative engine. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating on the development of innovative marketing proposals, managing the end-to-end production of creative projects to ensure they are delivered on schedule and to a high standard, and providing support in nurturing client relationships. This position is perfect for a creative professional with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to contribute to impactful campaigns and grow their skills in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Proposal Development: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and strategies for marketing campaigns, translating them into persuasive and well-structured proposals
  • Creative Production Management: Assist in managing the end-to-end production process for creative assets (e.g., videos, graphics, digital content), coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Account Management Support: Serve as a secondary point of contact for select clients, helping to maintain strong relationships, understand their feedback, and ensure their objectives are being met
Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Advertising, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in a creative field, such as a creative agency, marketing department, or production house.

Skills:

  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities
