A dynamic multi-brand company in Indonesia is looking for a Senior-Level Creative Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies and creative campaigns. You will work closely with the CEO to shape the brand's visual direction across various industries, including construction and e-commerce. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in branding or advertising, an excellent visual sense, and strong skills in graphic design and video editing. We are a fast-growing multi-brand company operating in construction, building materials, and digital commerce. We are currently rebuilding our brand ecosystem and preparing for rapid expansion across physical and digital verticals. To accelerate this next phase, we are looking for a senior-level creative lead who can translate strategy into world-class brand identity, content, and performance-driven ad creatives.
This is NOT a typical corporate creative role; you will work directly with the Founder/CEO to shape the visual direction, creative strategy, and brand expression across multiple industries (construction, services, online brands).
Creative Leadership & Strategy
Develop quarterly creative and marketing campaign ideas based on brand goals, market insights, and internal discussions.
Lead creative direction for ads, social content, website assets, brand identity, and sales materials.
Build and maintain cohesive visual identities for all brands.
Shape creative direction for all brand assets: digital, social, ads, packaging, activations.
Concepting & Copy + Visual Direction
Turn positioning, messaging, and offers into high-performing creative concepts.
Provide clear direction for visuals, storyline, scripts, and messaging.
Production Oversight & Execution
Lead the planning and execution of content calendars, brand campaigns, and product launches.
Direct as well as personally produce creative assets: graphics, videos, scripts.
Ensure all outputs meet brand standards and performance benchmarks.
Build and guide in-house creative team as the company grows.
Performance & Collaboration
Create high-converting creative concepts for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display, and landing pages.
Collaborate with the CEO and digital marketing team for A/B testing and creative iteration.
Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing to analyze creative performance.
Minimum 4–7 years experience in creative, branding, or advertising roles.
Excellent visual sense and ability to define and maintain brand identity.
Strong in graphic design & video editing (Adobe Suite / CapCut / DaVinci).
Proven experience producing high-performing ad creatives for Meta/Google/TikTok.
Experience leading creative projects end-to-end, not just executing tasks.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience in online brands, multi‑brand creative production, or performance marketing is a strong plus.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in D2C, e‑commerce, construction, or service‑based businesses.
Experience managing freelancers or small teams.
Knowledge of content trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube).
