A dynamic creative agency in Bandung is seeking a Creative Director to oversee the brand's creative vision and strategy across products, community, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will lead a team of creative professionals, translate marketing goals into impactful strategies, and ensure consistency in brand messaging. Strong experience in brand-building and leadership is essential, particularly within the pet or consumer goods sectors. This role provides a significant opportunity for leadership within a forward-thinking company.
Set and own the overall creative vision of the brand across all touchpoints (product, community and campaigns).
Lead, supervise and evaluate the Creative Team to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
Translate company vision, marketing objectives and commercial targets into integrated creative strategies and campaigns.
Approve and refine creative concepts, mood boards, key visuals, storytelling frameworks, tone of voice and content narratives before execution.
Develop, enforce and continuously evolve brand identity & brand guidelines to maintain strong brand consistency and differentiation.
Oversee major campaign planning including creative direction, messaging hierarchy, budget allocation and timeline control.
Monitor market trends, consumer insights, cultural movements, and competitor positioning—especially in the pet & consumer goods industry—to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Review and analyze campaign performance, content effectiveness, and brand health metrics, then translate insights into strategic improvements.
Act as the final decision maker for creative output quality, ensuring every content and campaign meets brand, aesthetic and performance standards.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Design, Visual Arts or related field.
2–5 years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-building, integrated campaigns and leadership over large-scale creative projects.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams (design, content, social media, copywriting, video).
Deep understanding of branding, storytelling, consumer psychology and marketing funnel strategy.
Strong business mindset—able to balance creative excellence with performance metrics and commercial objectives.
Excellent leadership, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, content trends, and creative technologies.
Experience in pet industry, FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
