Job Description

• Act as the local finance lead, reporting directly to the Global Finance Director
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and market expansion
• Set up and manage finance operations in compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with global and regional teams on financial planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Drive cost efficiency, risk management, and financial governance
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and investment analysis as needed
• Build and scale a high-performing local finance team

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or ACCA is a plus
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, with strong exposure to the Indonesian market.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
• Prior experience in fintech, tech, or fast-growing startups is preferred
• Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-border environment
• Strong business acumen, hands-on approach, and leadership potential
