Job summary

A leading tissue production company is seeking a Costing Supervisor in Cikampek, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy and at least 3 years of experience in a related field. Responsibilities include preparing variance reports, analyzing costs, and supporting monthly and year-end closing processes. • Prepare analysis variance goods report.
• Report material price.
• Calculate COGS and analyze product costing components.
• Improve the costing and inventory accounting.
• Conduct analysis of process constraints with production department.
• Ensure Material Master Data and Bill of Materials are accurate.
• Check inventory movement and ensure accurate recording.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare analysis variance goods report.
• Report material price.
• Calculate COGS.
• Check and analyze product costing components. Ensure materials consumption, labor and overhead are reported accurately, completely and timely.
• Work to improve the costing and inventory accounting, if necessary.
• Conduct on-going analysis of process constraint and works closely with production department for understanding the issues and how they impact the financial results and to continuous improvement of production process related to cost recognition and reporting.
• Interact with production to ensure Material Master Data and Bill of Materials (BOM) are accurate, up to date and reflect the latest manufacturing practices.
• Check & control of inventory movement and material (Inter-company, Domestic & Export). Ensure goods are received, transferred and issued are recorded accurately and timely.
• Check actual physic of raw material and finish good stock to meet booked stock.
• Support on monthly closing by GL department, especially on reviewing raw material, calculate Work in Process balance, and monitoring Finished Good sales in the system, and create the reports after the closing activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and analyze monthly inventory report & COGM Report.
• Carry out the stock taking process, carry out and check the costing process (inventory and input factory costs), carry out the monthly closing process.
