Responsibilities
  • Manage budget process and time line by compiling financial data from all divisions under Technology & Operation directorate during budgeting cycle
  • Prepare budget checking for BAU invoices (non-project) and IT projects
  • Regular monitoring availability of IT CAPEX project budget and reporting to Group (Budget Transfer)
  • Prepare and monitor forecast of IT maintenance and IT network to manage IT cost.
  • Assist in following budget vs actual, business case and Post Implementation Review in IT Investment.
  • Manage WIP & sundry expense out based on cost closing Information and document from project managers
  • Liaise with Group related to financial issue such as budget transfer, IO code preparation, reporting, etc
