A leading lifestyle retailer in Indonesia seeks a skilled professional to manage project costing and budgeting. The role involves preparing work orders and ensuring compliance with company policies, alongside data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience, particularly with strong Excel capabilities.
Prepare, process, and monitor SPK (Work Orders) related to ongoing and upcoming projects.
Ensure SPK documentation complies with company policies and project requirements.
Collect and consolidate project costing data from multiple subsidiaries or business units.
Maintain accurate records of project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts.
Analyze cost data and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) to identify variances, cost-saving opportunities, and financial risks.
Provide clear summaries and reports for management review and project evaluation.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc cost reports, dashboards, and project performance summaries.
Support the insights to improve financial efficiency and control.
Actively contribute ideas to improve costing processes and reporting systems.
Assist in the development and implementation of standardized costing templates and tools.
Perform ad-hoc assignments or tasks as requested by management.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in project costing, budgeting, or financial analysis. Background in audit firms (preferably Big 4 or similar).
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, advanced formulas, and ideally Power Query or Power Pivot.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Comfortable working with and consolidating large volumes of data across multiple business units.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
