PT Berkarya Indonesia Sejahtera Andal merupakan perusahaan F&B dengan brand Kebab Monster. Kami mencari kandidat profesional yang teliti, analitis, kompeten, berintegritas, dan bertanggung jawab untuk bergabung sebagai Cost and Budget Controller Staff (Dept Finance).

Responsibilities
  • Control and analyze operational cost (food cost, beverage cost, and non-food cost).
  • Monitor and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and budgeting.
  • Identify potential wastage and provide cost efficiency recommendations.
  • Check inventory, usage, and variance of raw materials.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and outlet teams for cost control.
  • Perform data checks to outlets and related departments (internal audit).
  • Prepare and report cost control and margin reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly) with budget and real cost comparison.
Qualifications
  • Minimum S1 in Accounting / Finance / Finance Management.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Cost Control Finance (experience in F&B industry is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle complex real-time data.
  • Good communication and cross‑team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in audit or stock opname (a plus).
