Job summary

A leading financial services provider in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Corporate Finance team member. You will support M&A initiatives, capital fundraising, and financial planning while collaborating closely with the FP&A and Accounting teams. Applicants should possess a degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, and ideally have 1-3 years of relevant experience. This role plays a vital part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting strategic decisions within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in FP&A, audit, corporate finance, startup, or financial services is a plus.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of financial modeling experience will be preferred.
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in M&A initiatives and fundraising.
• Work with FP&A team on monthly financial consolidation tasks.
• Partner with Accounting for internal analysis and reporting.
• Liaise with other divisions to achieve transactional goals.
• Create visuals and executive-ready pages in Google Slides/PowerPoint.

Job description

As part of the Corporate Finance team, you will support the team in M&A initiatives, capital and debt fundraising, financial due diligence on an ad‑hoc basis. On a monthly routine, the team is also in charge of the financial planning & analysis cycle end‑to‑end (consolidating, variance analysis, forecasting, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with FP&A team with monthly financial consolidation tasks
• Partner with Accounting to maintain management accounts for internal analysis and external reporting
• Liaise internally with other divisions to achieve transactional goals
• Run benchmarking and ad‑hoc research to support strategic questions
• Build clear visuals and storylines in Google Slides/PowerPoint; publish exec‑ready pages

Requirements

• Degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
• 1–3 years in FP&A / audit / corporate finance / startup / financial services is a plus
• Candidates with 1–2 years of financial modeling experience will be preferred
• Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals and financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
