A leading financial firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and financial reporting functions. This role ensures compliance with PSAK/IFRS and manages a team for timely reporting. Ideal candidates will have 8–12 years of accounting experience, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. This position requires on-site work in Mega Kuningan.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of PSAK and IFRS.
  • Proven experience in consolidation and intercompany reconciliation across multiple entities.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Willing to work fully On-site in Mega Kuningan.

  • Handle intercompany reconciliation and eliminate intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure reports comply with PSAK/IFRS and local regulations.

The Corporate Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions of the group/holding company. This role ensures accurate consolidation of financial statements, compliance with PSAK/IFRS, coordination with subsidiaries, and effective management of the accounting team to support timely and reliable reporting for management and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
  • Handle intercompany reconciliation and eliminate intercompany transactions.
  • Ensure reports comply with PSAK/IFRS and local regulations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing across subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with auditors (internal & external) to ensure smooth audit.
  • Supervise and guide the accounting team at corporate and subsidiary level.
  • Review and improve SOPs and internal controls.
  • Support and oversee ERP/accounting system implementation.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial data for management decision-making.
