Responsibilities

• Key point of contact for accommodation suppliers in
• Negotiate the best contracting conditions with suppliers and contract renewals
• Acquiring new portfolios
• Negotiating campaigns and improving allotment availability
• Monitor the differentiated product to ensure it reaches the maximum results.
• Ensuring hotel contents are up to date
• Analyze and identify trends and opportunity
• Conduct monthly reviews with accommodation suppliers
• Review rates comparison

Qualifications

• Locally based in Surabaya
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the travel industry.
• Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good computer application skills (Google Sheets, Google Workspace).
• Excellent general cultural knowledge
